How do I return my order?

If you would still like to proceed with a return (and you are covered by our return policy), please contact our support department at or submit a request at to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Our agents will be able to provide you with an RA number along with instructions for returning your item to our United States return facility in Kenmore, WA.
